ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): The Azadi Festival 2024, organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) at the F-9 Park here Tuesday night, received an overwhelming response from the public who took part in celebrations of the 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm.
Pakistan’s first-ever drone show became a centre of attraction as more than 500 drones put up on the display a creative aerial artwork such as image of Pakistani flag for entertaining the participants.
The Azadi Festival also featured spectacular performances of the renowned artists.
Citizens, especially families, were given free entry to the Azadi Festival which witnessed presence of the Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem.
Various fun stalls and activities were included in the festival to entertain the kids, while stalls of various delicious food items were set up for the food lovers.
A spectacular fire work at the park illuminated the sky with different colors.
